Glacier National Park, MT | Barge Photography
From Tina’s retirement vacation to Glacier National Park. What a beautiful place to visit. We were able to do most of the hikes, including 2 – almost 8-mile hikes, we had planned. We had all the different weather, except for the snow we were hoping for. We saw grizzlies, moose, big horn sheep, and free-range cattle just walking around on the roads, which was kinda bizarre to see lol. My favorite picture I took was at the normally rough “Swiftcurrent Lake.” We were told just how lucky we were to catch the lake where it was so still and looking like glass. That was one day that the forecast was actually spot on as far as the wind forecast. Love the state of Montana!

Two Medicine Pass Trail – This was our favorite hike we took. Passing two waterfalls (Aster and Rockwell Falls) and almost 8 miles. We even passed very close to a moose! Tina had her bear spray close by just in case it came after us lol

Lake McDonald – Lake McDonald is a popular spot for Glacier National Park visitors to view the “fruity pebble” colorful rocks along the shore. Of course the lake has to be very still to see them.
