My first marathon! I also reached my goal of finishing in under 4 hours. After being sidelined this spring from the Cincinnati Flying Pig due to an injury, I was finally able to complete my first full marathon. What great support I had with my girlfriend Tina, and my sister Carrie and her husband and my super cool nieces and nephew that made the trip. What a beautiful scenic marathon it was with over 100 live bands and entertainers lining the whole 26.2 miles, and for the first time the marathon route ran through the Ohio State football stadium and a fireworks display at the start of the race. I would really suggest any marathon runner to do the Columbus Marathon.
